A London based supplier of fashion items discovered an oversight in the recording of Sales and VAT from its website.

A Senior Financial Consultant was made available at very short notice to address the error. The issue resulted in the reworking of six months of invoiced sales and a reconciliation exercise to ensure accuracy. This was undertaken by reconciling Infor’s System 21 Aurora Sales Order Processing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and VAT modules.
